We charge hourly fees honestly
and accurately by keeping careful electronic time sheets allowing
us to bill clients for only those hours worked on their
behalf. We give genuine reasons for changes with a spirit
of fairness to our clients.
We promise our clients the timely
delivery of changes to software as required. If we make
changes to software and errors result because of our
work, the fault is absorbed by us.
We do not bill our clients for
travel time.
To avoid the perception of impropriety,
we limit any gifts to our clients to $100.
We preserve the confidentiality of our customers' data.
