This code of ethics is a general statement of Paribus' expectations with respect to its employees, shareholders, and customers. Any agreements in place with these stakeholders shall control decisions in cases where conflict arises between the parties.

 

 
 

We abide by all applicable laws, codes, and regulations related to minimum standards of employment in the workplace.

We are committed to providing our employees a safe, fair, friendly, healthy, and productive work environment.

We promote a team atmosphere. In this respect, we expect employees to speak to clients using language that reflects our group efforts rather than individual efforts.

We expect our employees to complete time sheets on a daily basis to reflect the accuracy of our billing to clients.

We are fair to our employees in terms of compensation. In exchange, we expect our employees to be honest and fair in working the required number of paid hours. This includes respect for time while at work.


We expect our employees to act courteously and professionally when visiting customers' place of business. This includes workplace etiquette such as speaking quietly, refraining from swearing and misplaced humor, and being considerate and calm towards clients at all times.

Staff and directors are prohibited from taking opportunities discovered through the use of corporate property, information or position, and from using corporate property, information or position for personal gain, and/or competition with our clients.

We encourage our employees to contribute to professional associations in computer-related events on a voluntary basis occasionally.
