Architecture and design phase activities
The objective of the Architecture is to define the system's
mode of operation and physical environment and to ensure its
achievability. During the Architecture phase, Paribus defines
the structure and physical environment of the proposed system.
The organizational and technological environment, financing
capability and potential for change all influence the choice
of solutions. Paribus uses this step to form a unique system
so that a smooth transition can be made from the definition
of needs model to development of the system.
This phase enables us to formulate a development and conversion
strategy based on a well-rounded understanding of costs, time,
effects and risks.
A viability study is done at this time to give users the
information required for making sound business decisions based
on the evaluation of the financial, organizational, functional
and technological viability of the solution under study. The
main deliverable of this process is the Architecture Report.
Paribus uses this report to guide selection of design, development
and technological requirements. A detailed project plan is
then created to define the direction and necessities needed
to achieve desired performance.
